Letter of Invitation
Holy Trinity Church, Llandudno
Dear Friends,
We are delighted to invite you to take part in this year’s Christmas Crib Exhibition at Holy Trinity Church, Llandudno. The exhibition will run from Monday 15th to Tuesday 23rd December 2025, and we would love your group, school, business, or organisation to join in the celebration.
Each group or individual is invited to create a crib scene that fits within an 18” x 12” space and includes the key Nativity figures – Mary, Joseph, the infant Jesus, shepherds, and kings. Beyond that, the design is entirely up to you! We encourage you to let your creativity shine – traditional, modern, or themed around your organisation – all are welcome, provided the cribs are respectful and in keeping with the spirit of Christmas.
The cribs will be displayed throughout the week before Christmas, offering a wonderful opportunity for the community and visitors to enjoy the artistry, imagination, and meaning of the season.
Please bring your crib to set up after church on Sunday 15th December, and collect it again on the afternoon of Tuesday 23rd December.
We look forward to your participation in what promises to be a joyful and inspiring celebration of Christmas.
With warm wishes,
[Your Name]
